Ginger Pudina Tea
: An Ayurvedic Milk Tea for Digestive Balance & Inner Warmth
Ginger Phudina Milk Tea is a thoughtfully balanced Ayurvedic blend that brings together the warming strength of dried ginger (Sunthi) and the cooling calm of mint (Phudina). Rooted in Ayurveda’s principle of balancing opposites (Samanvaya), this tea is designed to support digestion, comfort, and seasonal balance without overstimulating the body.
Ayurveda teaches that true wellness lies in equilibrium. This blend harmonizes Ushna (warming) and Sheeta (cooling) energies, helping maintain digestive fire (Agni) while soothing excess heat—making it suitable for regular use across seasons and body types.
This is not a spiced indulgence, but a mindful milk-based Ayurvedic ritual, guided by Ritucharya (seasonal balance) and Ahara Vidhi (dietary discipline).
How to Brew (Milk Tea Method)
- Boil Milk Separately: Bring 200 ml milk to a gentle boil (can be dairy or plant-based).
- Add the Tea Blend: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g) of Ginger Phudina Tea.
- Simmer Gently: Lower the heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Avoid over-boiling to preserve balance.
- Strain & Serve Warm: Strain into a cup and sip slowly.
Best enjoyed warm, preferably after meals or during cooler parts of the day.
