How to Brew Prakritea Women’s Health Tea:
- Boil 200ml fresh water separately: Let the water come to a gentle boil.

- Pour hot water over the tea: Place the muslin teabag in a cup and add 200 ml of hot water.
- Cover & infuse for 3–5 minutes: Allow the herbs to release their Satva essence gently.
- Sip mindfully: Pause, breathe, and enjoy the ritual.
Let the herbs and Mata Prakritea bless the water.
Understanding Energy in Your Cup
According to Ayurveda, herbs — like humans — carry Satva, Rajas, and Tamas.
At Prakritea, we prepare our teas as infusions to encourage Satva guna — clarity, calm, and balance. Over-boiling is avoided to prevent excess stimulation & maintain Satva.
Crafted with Care, Not Just Commerce
Prakritea believes wellness is a relationship —
between nature, body, and mind.
One gentle cup at a time.
Usage:
- Consumption: Can be strained and consumed once or twice a day (ideal after meals or before sleep).
- Important Advice: It is best to consult a doctor/Ayurvedic practitioner before consuming if pregnant or taking medications.
