Refund & Return Policy
At Prakritea, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- A full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched.
- If the order has already been dispatched, applicable courier and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount, as these costs are incurred once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
Refund Request Timeline
- All refund requests, regardless of the reason, must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible for processing.
Damaged Product Refunds
- Refund requests for damaged products must be supported with clear images and/or videos showing the damage.
- Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval by our team.
- Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.
Refunds for RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments
- For refunds requested against RTO shipments, applicable courier and handling charges will be deducted.
- If the RTO occurs due to courier partner error, a full refund will be issued after verification.
Unshipped or Undelivered Orders
- If an order is not shipped or delivered, refund claims must be raised within 30 days from the order date.
- Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
Non-Receipt of Delivered Orders
- If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the complaint must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
- Complaints raised beyond this timeframe cannot be investigated.
Return Policy
Eligible Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products delivered
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.
Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Products
- Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The following proof is mandatory:
- Images of the shipment with the AWB number clearly visible
- Images of the products received inside the shipment
- The final decision on refunds or replacements will be taken by our team after investigation.
Exceptional Cases
- In rare or exceptional circumstances, returns or refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- The final decision in such cases will rest solely with the Prakritea team.
